Woodland Creatures Cake and Cupcakes
This cake was for Isla who was turning 3. The theme of her party was woodland creatures. Her mom sent me a picture of a pin cushion and asked me if I could make it into a cake.
The cake was made using 2 types of pans. The bottom part of the cake was a round 10" cake covered in fondant. I gave it some ridges to make it look similar to a tree stump. For the top part of the cake I used a magic mold to create the hill mound. All the creatures and mushrooms were made out of fondant.
Along with the cake I made mini cupcakes to match the theme of the cake.

Soccer Cupcakes
These cupcakes were made for an end of the season soccer party. They were marble cupcakes with cream cheese icing.
Each soccer ball toppers were fondant circles with hand cut hexagons for the black spots and lines that were hand drawn with edible ink.
Hello Kitty You're so Pretty!
This was a Hello Kitty themed party with mini cupcakes and 6" cake.
The cake was covered in fondant with a marshmallow Hello Kitty lollipop topper. The side of the cake was embellished with Hello Kitty rings and fondant cutouts and placed on top of a 3 tier cupcake tower.
The cupcake tower was the center piece of the Hello Kitty candy bar.
Angry Birds Cake and Cupcakes #2
This was another Angry Birds cake I made along with standard size cupcakes. It was a 6" cake with 6 dozen cupcakes all around a square cupcake tower.
I handmade my own cupcake tower out of foam board and cement glue and trimmed it with red and blue ribbon.
Angry Birds Cake and Cupcakes #1
This was for my godson, Joshua's 3rd birthday. He loves Angry Birds, so his mom planned an Angry Birds themed party at Chuck E. Cheese.
The cake was a 6" cake made with completely edible Angry Birds characters. The cupcakes were mini cupcakes topped with fondant toppers.

60th Wedding Anniversary Cake
I made this cake for my Zumba instructor's mother and father in law. They were celebrating their 60th anniversary and were getting married in a church for the very first time. 60 years ago they could not afford an appropriate wedding so this was their opportunity to have the wedding they always wanted.
This was a 3 tier almond pound cake with chocolate ganache. The entire cake was covered in fondant decorated with a red ribbon and 2 dozen fresh red roses.
