This was for Jaelynne who was turning 2. She was celebrating her party at the Santa Monica Pier. Her theme was a carnival theme focusing on the Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel.
The cake was an 8" cake that went on top of a 5 tier cupcake tower. The Ferris Wheel topper on the cake was made out of gum paste. I also made 6 dozen mini cupcakes to go around the cupcake tower. 3 dozen cupcakes were topped with fondant pinwheels and ride tickets. The other 3 dozen were decorated with red sprinkles. The cake with the number 2 on it was the smash cake I made for especially for Jaelynne to match the rest of her cakes.
