Max's Monster Mania
This was a monster truck themed cake for Max's 5th Birthday. It was a 10" round vanilla cake filled with a rich vanilla butter cream frosting.
The entire monster truck was made out of rice krispy treats covered in butter cream and fondant. I made the body of the truck first and carved out rivets for the wheels, then I carved out the cab using a separate piece of rice krispy and placed it on top of the body fusing it with royal icing. The tires were cut out by using a fluted biscuit cutter to give it some ridges.
Vintage Bling
This cake was a made for a little girl named Bella who was turning 4. She loves thing very Blingy and she is a little diva in the making. Her mom gave me the rhinestone trim and the rhinestone monogram for the top of the cake. She also provided me with some pre-made Anemones. I did however, have to make an extra 7 or so Anemones to fill the gaps on the cake. The rhinestone boarder did not go all the way around the cake and I had to improvise to fill the gap.
This cake was a 12" round and about 6 to 7 inches high. The cake was a chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling coated with a white chocolate butter cream. The entire cake was quilted all around with the accessories added to it.

Lion Themed Baby Shower
These are mini cupcakes I made for a Lion Themed baby shower. They were Red Velvet with cream cheese icing topped with lion heads and palm leaves. The the lion heads were made out of a small flower cutter, a round cutter, and a heart shaped cutter with black sugar pearls for the eyes.
